01 — Every Department, For Now
No crew. Just circumstance.
There's no gaffer on my sets, no separate sound recordist, no DP to hand the camera to — not because I prefer it that way, but because Bangalore never handed me the ecosystem to build a crew around, and for most of these years I was a teenager asking adults to take a kid with a camera seriously. So I became all three by default: the one behind the Sony FX30 riding an S-Log3 pipeline, the one blocking the scene, and the one grading it alone in DaVinci Resolve a week later.
That's circumstance, not a philosophy — and I'm actively looking to change it. I want actors, DPs, sound designers, other directors, anyone who wants to build something good with more than one person in the room. Every short so far, including She Calls Me, has gone through all three of me alone; the next one doesn't have to.
02 — Leadership
First student AD, Inventure Academy
I served as the first-ever student assistant director for Inventure Academy's annual theatre production — a cast and crew of over 600 students. I worked closely with the director on rehearsals, schedules, scene transitions, and backstage operations, learning to think on my feet and balance creative vision with logistics under pressure.
